Time Management and controlling meetings.

 

Aim

No one ever seems to have enough time to do all that they want to, especially in the workplace. Could part of this reason be that most people are not focused and waste a lot of time. Think about how much time you waste in meetings, waiting, playing telephone tag, etc. This half day course will provide you with practical approaches to planning and getting through your day so that you feel like you have really accomplished something.
